Hay Bhaji Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

1 Introduction & Applicability

3 Betting Rules

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hay Bhaji platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Participating in or being involved with match fixing or spot fixing.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or engaging in hacking.
• Multiple accounts created by members of the same household or on the same device to claim bonus benefits.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Hay Bhaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If false or forged documents are submitted during KYC verification.
• If there is suspected betting activity or risk of fraud.
• When required to comply with a court order or directive from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after all pending bets have been settled.

• Hay Bhaji bears no responsibility for any money lost through betting. All betting decisions are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
• No compensation will be provided for temporary disruptions caused by server maintenance or upgrades.
